The properties featured on Hhivacay.com are owned and operated by Brian and Melissa.  We are originally from Rochester, Michigan and recently relocated to just outside of Hilton Head in the beautiful golf community of Berkeley Hall.  We LOVE the Island, especially the magnificent 12 mile long beach, the amazing climate and sunny skies, and the warm ocean water that heats to over 85 degrees during the summer months.

As locals, we are very active in the management of our five properties and totally dedicated to the satisfaction of our guests.  We work hard to earn your five-star review
