108 Ocean Dunes is an Ultra-Deluxe one-bedroom Ocean Dunes villa. Newly renovated down to the studs and completely updated. Far and away the best one-bedroom in the entire Ocean Dunes complex. First floor convenience with spectacular views (especially sunrise), of the best beach on Hilton Head Island and just a short walk to Coligny Circle. This is the perfect condo for a romantic getaway or for a small family.
What differentiates our unit from other one-bedroom units at Ocean Dunes is the wonderful renovation that was done in 2016. Our unit was taken down to the studs and re-built with extra noise insulation, a wonderfully compact and complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances and real hardwood floors. We also removed the small closet beds found in many other units and turned this area into a much needed closet area with a washer/dryer. Ours is the only unit in Ocean Dunes with a washer/dryer. You also will not find unsanitary shower curtains in our unit as we renovated our bathroom with a beautiful glass shower door and other modern updates. Finally, to give our unit an open feel, we removed the standard bedroom door and opened up this entryway with a sliding pocket door. You will really appreciate the extra roominess that this upgrade provides.
Our unit includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper and is ideal for a couple or small family.
